Cantilever racks for indoor use are ideal for storing oversized and irregular-shaped loads such as furniture pieces, household appliances or direct-to-consumer goods. With no front column in the way, cantilever racks are faster to load and unload, lowering handling time and costs. Oversized and bulky furniture pieces like sofas, beds, refrigerators, mattresses, or any other large items can therefore be unloaded with no frontal obstructions during maneuvering and picking operations.

The 5-foot-long cantilever arms seen in these pictures are designed specifically for furniture storage, with a load capacity of over 10,000 lbs per column. The arms can be screwed to the column with holes at 6″ intervals, and are accessorized with wire-mesh decks and safety bars so that loads can be placed anywhere along the entire length of a row. This configuration allows for maximum storage capacity along both the length and the height of the warehouse.
