Job Details
The job of Design inventor/ SolidWork technician was established for the purpose of creating 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for designs of various storage systems (cantilever, mezzanine, pushback, etc).
Essential Functions
- Design concept of various storage units.
- Produce required documentation for quotations, approvals and production drawings.
- Maximize the use of existing materials on hand.
- Support engineers in the development of technical proposal and provide input on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work.
- Comply with engineering documentation standards, engineering plans, and system specifications and test procedures.
Qualifications
- Certificate in SolidWorks or Inventor.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with SolidWorks or Inventor software in a professional setting.
- Basic understanding of design principles and drafting techniques.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet project deadlines.
