The Microfriction™ is the result of years of research and development by our team of engineers. The main feature of our pushback system is our patented V-shaped wheel that rides on a diamond shaped rail, which makes it a virtually maintenance-free palettized storage system.

The design of COSME’s pushback is unique. Because of a system of wheels and rails, pushback racks are prone to the carts getting jammed with debris like wood chips left on the rail’s flat surface. The Microfriction’s patented system used a diamond-shaped rail which eliminates the accumulation of debris, while the V-shaped wheel minimized the contact surface for a smoother movement of the carts.
The higher density storage afforded by push back rack systems makes them ideal for warehouses with large number of SKU’s and high inventory mix and turnover. The pushback is a LIFO type rack (last pallet in, first pallet out).
