Storage Systems with Roll Formed Racking
Roll formed steel is engineered by roll forming flat steel into a commonly used “U” shape for the uprights and a closed tube for the beams. Holes on the face of the upright then allows for the installation of beams without the need for any additional hardware.
Roll formed racking storage is the most used type of warehouse storage. They are the ubiquitous element in most commercial and industrial environments like home improvement stores, retail and liquidation outlets, storage warehouses at the back of buildings with front offices. The suit the needs of most standard storage needs.
The use of roll formed racking is widespread due to its versatility and its lower cost compared to structural steel racking. When the stored loads are not heavy or the environment is safe (retail warehouses open to the public), roll formed pallet racks are the preferred choice.
